1. What is your standard turnaround time for cases?
Our standard turnaround for a single crown is five business days: one day for pickup, three days for laboratory fabrication, and one day for delivery. We are committed to speed without sacrificing quality.
2. Do you offer rush services for urgent cases?
Yes. If you have a rush case, please contact us directly. We will expedite your case immediately to ensure your patient is treated as quickly as possible.
3. What is WAND Dental Lab’s remake policy?
We offer remakes at no charge if the request is received within 30 days of the invoicing date. To process a remake, we require the return of all original models, dies, and the initial restoration. Note: Remakes may incur charges if the original impression was questioned by our lab but the client requested completion regardless.
4. Do your restorations come with a warranty?
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a one-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that due to their delicate or temporary nature, veneers and temporaries are not covered under this warranty.
5. How do I schedule a pickup for a case?
For local clients within a 50-mile radius of our Oak Brook, IL facility, we offer same-day pickup and delivery through our local couriers. You can schedule a pickup by calling us toll-free at 708-343-WAND
6. Is WAND Dental Lab a full-service laboratory?
Yes. We are a 10,000-square-foot, family-owned, full-service facility. We handle everything in-house, including all-ceramic crowns, PFM crowns, full-cast restorations, implant abutments, and a wide range of removable prosthetics and dentures.
7. Are your products made in the USA?
Absolutely! All of our restorations are manufactured in-house at our Chicago-area facility. We utilize the latest digital dentistry technology and 20+ milling machines to ensure every product meets our high standards of "Made in the USA" quality.
